NUESTRA HISTORIA
Trans-Ona Sociedad Anónima Marítima Comercial y Financiera es una sociedad familiar fundada el 1º de setiembre de 1950 por la unión de cinco empresas dedicadas al servicio de remolque maniobra que datan de siglo 19.
Desde sus inicios, se dedicó a la explotación del servicio de remolque en el Puerto de Buenos Aires, brindando el mismo tanto a navieras locales como internacionales.
Su flota estuvo compuesta por remolcadores construídos en Astilleros locales e incorporó a partir del año 1980 unidades provenientes de Alemania, Holanda y Japón, para la atención de buques de mayor porte que ingresaban ó salían de dicho Puerto.
A partir del año 1994, extendió sus actividades de remolque al Puerto de Ing. White( Bahía Blanca) captando servicios en esa Estación Marítima , que continúan desarrollándose hasta la fecha.
A partir del año 2010 ha renovado constantemente su flota, construyendo en el país y también importando. Prueba de ello, ingresó al país en el año 2016 un remolcador importado de China, bautizado con el nombre de “Ona Paz” que cuenta con avanzada tecnología y es la unidad de mayor potencia que opera en nuestro país, con una capacidad de tiro a un punto fijo de 75 toneladas.
Con respecto a la otra actividad desarrollada por la Empresa, el transporte de combustibles líquidos, construyó en el año 1996 en Astillero Río Santiago de Argentina el buque Petrolero “Ona Tridente” con una capacidad de carga de 38.000 m3 y que fue contratado por las empresas YPF, Repsol, Antares Naviera.
Luego de 18 años ininterrumpidos de trabajo fue desafectado de la actividad por cuestiones de reglamentación y sustituído en el año 2015 por el buque Petrolero “ Elevit”, charteado a casco desnudo y que tiene una capacidad de carga de 18.000 m3.
Desde su llegada al país hasta la fecha brinda servicios en time-charter a la firma Y.P.F. S.A.

Trans-Ona Sociedad Anónima Marítima Comercial y Financiera it's a family company founded on September 1, 1950 by the union of five companies dedicated to the service of Tow maneuver dating from the 19th century.
From its beginnings, it was dedicated to the exploitation of the towing service in the Port of Buenos Aires, providing the same to both local and international shipping.
Its fleet consisted of tugboats built in local shipyards and incorporated from the year 1980 units from Germany, Holland and Japan, for the attention of larger vessels that entered or left said port.
As of 1994, it extended its towing activities to the Port of Ing. White (Bahia Blanca) capturing services in that Maritime Station, which continue to develop until the date.
Since 2010 he has constantly renewed his fleet, building in the country and also importing. Proof of this, a tugboat entered the country in 2016 imported from China, baptized with the name of "Ona Peace" that has advanced technology and is the most powerful unit that operates in our country, with a capacity of shooting at a fixed point of 75 tons.
With respect to the other activity developed by the Company, the transportation of fuels liquid, built in 1996 in Astillero Río Santiago de Argentina the ship Oil tanker "Ona Tridente" with a cargo capacity of 38,000 m3 and that was hired by the companies YPF, Repsol, Antares Naviera.
After 18 uninterrupted years of work, he was discharged from the activity due to issues of regulation and replaced in 2015 by the tanker Petrolero "Elevit", chartered to bare hull and that has a carrying capacity of 18,000 m3.
